Brad Boruk, the founder and owner of National Credit Solutions, brings a unique range of experience to the table. As one of only a small handful of FCRA Certified Credit Strategists in the nation, he has the knowledge and skills necessary to truly make a difference in people’s credit, and ultimately, their lives. Brad’s a true believer in the famous Zig Ziglar quote “If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” Because of his belief in these words of wisdom he has made it his life goal to assist as many people as possible in achieving their dreams.

Brad looks at credit as a means to an end. He’s focused solely on solutions to the pitfalls that keep people from their goals. If someone comes to Brad to have their credit repaired, he doesn’t ask what score they need to reach, he asked them what they want to accomplish with better credit. He realizes that credit is only one piece of the puzzle in most cases, so if someone wants to purchase a home, he makes sure everything is in place for them to buy a home, not just an adequate FICO score, because he wants to see them in a new home, not in an apartment with great credit. His zeal for helping others is infectious at NCS, spreading throughout the entire staff creating an organization that is truly solutions based.

Brad, will be the first one to tell you that he’s seen and done it all in life, and made a lot of mistakes, but it’s those mistakes that have made him the man he is today. He often mentions his time as an All-American football player where he had fame and respect, or his time in the car business where he had all the money he could ever hope for, but didn’t have fulfillment. These days he has turned his drive and determination to more worthy pursuits; taking real joy in time with his close-knit family, most of which, including his parents, wife, and children, also work at National Credit Solutions, being active in his church, golfing with his father and sons, and sharing his hard-won knowledge to help everyone he interacts with.

Ron Reed

General Manager of National Credit Solutions

Ron owned and operated his own business, Reed’s Glass, for 15 years, gaining knowledge in sales and customer service. Prior to that, he held the positions of installation manager and assistant manager for similar companies. Ron has over 10 years of experience in home and auto financing. He is extremely knowledgeable on how credit works, and the benefits gained by having a great credit score. As general manager, Ron is passionate about making sure the staff is well educated on all aspects of their positions, and works closely with the clients of National Credit Solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Robert Wright

Sales & Consulting Manager

Robert Wright is the former owner and founder of City Concepts, an investment property group based in St. Louis, MO. In addition to owning his own investment property business, Robert has worked as a mortgage broker with Allied Mortgage, and gained further helpful experience in the automobile industry. Robert says “Being a former Marine, it feels good knowing that we at National Credit Solutions are part of helping Americans nationwide get back on top of their credit.”

Greg Bostwick

Greg Bostwick came to us with a great deal of credit knowledge from the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer. As a Sr. Consultant with NCS he is able to help people to turn their credit reports around by addressing the inaccurate/negative items and then rebuild the clients credit profile with new positive credit! This process generally ends with significant improvement of the credit scores and the client finally being able to accomplish all the things his credit wouldn’t allow him/her to previously!  Greg is one of our most experienced consultants, and is also the Manager of our Compliance Department. One of his duties is to identify credit law violations. The violation of these laws not only allow the attorney and client to sue the offending agency but they have the chance to recover up to $1,000 from the agency (sometimes considerably more – sometime less), stop the harassing calls (or whatever violation), and usually includes the forgiveness of the debt and removal of the item from the credit report! The best part is Federal Law mandates the offending agency pay the clients’ attorney’s fees and court costs (when found to be in violation) so there is no cost to the client! Her passion and knowledge for helping truck drivers has allowed her to help them become owner operators by working closely with trucking companies. She has worked in the trucking field with a major trucking company as a Benefits Analyst and Trainer. Also was a Benefits Manager for another company. Since being with NCS she has conducted seminars educating the public on the importance of great credit.

Bernadette is a former Experian Supervisor with 12+ years experience in the credit industry. She has worked as a Commercial Credit Specialist, New Hire Trainer & Fraud & Mixed Credit Supervisor. Prior to Experian, Bernadette held the position of Front-Line Supervisor & Cashier Trainer at Sam’s Club for 6+ years.With her knowledge of law & polices, credit expertise, and customer service skills, she is a powerful asset to National Credit Solutions.

Ernie has 16 years of credit experience,  4 years in the automotive industry  and 10 years in the Banking Industry.   He Worked his way up through lending as a Loan Officer with First Union  Bank and later as the Lending Manager for the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with FNB Southeast.  Ernie and his family were moved to Texas by Wachovia Bank where  he became  the Credit Consultant for The Dallas / Fort Worth Market.   He was responsible for making the credit decisions  on all loans in the Market and Training over 100 lenders that he was responsible for in the 67 branches , The Small Business  Banking  Group and the Private Advisory Group.  He Later turned all of his attention to the Small Business Banking.
